In the heart of the Jheronimus Bosch Quarter, Stevens Van Dijck is managing the renovation and redevelopment of Huis73, the largest cultural organisation in ’s-Hertogenbosch. Huis73 is a vibrant hub where everyone is encouraged to develop their talents – from reading and digital skills to the arts and debate.

The buildings at Hinthamerstraat 72–74 are being transformed into one accessible, modern, and inspiring public space for all residents and visitors. A key challenge lies in modernising and upgrading the facilities while preserving the historical and monumental character of the site.

In behalf of the Municipality of ’s-Hertogenbosch, Stevens Van Dijck acts as project manager and site supervisor. During this project visit, you’ll gain exclusive insight into the interaction between client, users, designers, and contractors, and into the complexity of revitalising a listed building in the city centre.
