    Course description:

    Procurement is the definition of activities that relate to the purchase of goods and services. In order to effectuate this purchase, an assessment and negotiation process is applicable in order to subsequently draw up a contract of delivery. In short, this course is all about a tendering process, in which the elements tender management, design and environment management, execution technology, digital building, sustainability and BREEAM are discussed. You will work in a team (max. 4 people) on a modular inner-city high-rise project to be developed on the basis of design, build and maintenance (DBM).
