In collaboration with Atriensis – a consultancy company specialized in optimizing the energy efficiency of social housing – the impact of energy efficiency on dwelling satisfaction is researched. Surveys are distributed among the involved tenants to find out their satisfaction with their dwelling, perceived comfort regarding temperature, noise, ventilation, and humidity, as well as socio-demographics and additional external factors. The results are combined with the energy-related performance of the dwellings, that is available in the VABI-database provided by the involved company.
